Definitions and swaps

What’s a PR lead?

A relevant outlet or platform contact, suggested angle, why it fits, timing notes where relevant, and practical guidance so you can act fast.

What’s a reel edit?

A 60 to 90-second edit using your supplied footage, optimised for social viewing, with captions if requested (simple style).

Swaps (once per month)

Swap 1 PR lead for 1 reel edit, or 2 social tiles. Confirm swaps during your planning call.

Community Credits Collective

We use paid work to fund pro bono communications support for organisations doing good, delivered as real work with a brief and outcomes.

Can you do it all for me?

We are happy to chat to you about your individual PR needs and can manage all elements of your campaign for you. As a guide to our fees, prices start from $6,000 AUD. The good thing is that if you invest $50,000+ per year, you can be eligible to join the Community Credits Collective and take part in the Annual Members Advisory Circle.

Can I get a refund?

We want you to succeed with PR and visibility. If, after the initial 60-minute consultation, we agree that PR and content support is not the right fit for you right now, we will provide a full refund of your first payment. After that, you can cancel your membership at the end of your current billing period, provided you notify us at least five days before the renewal date.

PR is earned, not bought. We do not guarantee media coverage, but we do commit to disciplined preparation and consistent delivery.
